HOURLY RATE - 3 Hour Minimum

  1.  Deposit of half the total booking amount is required to hold the reservation; for reservations greater than 72 hours of scheduled start.

  2. Full prepayment is required for reservations, if the service is required 48 hours of the scheduled start of the service.

  3. Booking Contract and Payment Authorization must be signed and completed prior to booking reservation.

  4. 4o Miles Maximum Pick-Up to Drop-Off

  5. $5 x Extra Miles over Maximum

  6. Covers Tulsa Metropolitan Area 30 Miles from center of Downtown.

  7. Route from Pick-Up/Drop-Off will be most direct route with no stops unless specified prior to reservation (see Booking Contract).

  8. Reservations starting at Midnight require $150 fee.

  9. Reservations ending past 2AM require $150 fee.

PRICING + TERMS

We require a non-refundable deposit. The Booking Contract and Payment Authorization must be completed and signed before the reservation can be booked. Full prepayment is required 48 Hours prior to Pick-Up. You will be charged full amount minus the deposit that was paid at the time of reservation. We will use the same credit card for this payment that you provided when you originally booked the reservation. If the credit card has expired or is invalid, please contact us immediately and provide the new credit card information. In the event the charge is denied, the reservation will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit, no exceptions. Customer shall pay Driver for any parking expenses, toll costs, or any other costs incurred during the duration of the transport.
