Timeless Standards Luxury Drivers are taking preventative measures against the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure the safety and well-being of our passengers during these times. We ensure the washing of our vehicles, and the cleaning and sanitizing of the insides prior to each trip. We are committed to being up-to-date on the health condition of our chauffeurs. Hand sanitizers and wipes are provided as part of our amenities.
For same day booking, if your selected vehicle is available, full payment will be required at the time you sign your booking contract.
Additional features such as: Red Carpet Roll Out, Security during the service, and Full Day services are a few of our custom features. We tailor our services to meet our client’s reasonable requests. The rates vary depending on the type of request.
The general rule of thumb is that you should tip your driver between 10% and 20% of the total value of the service.
In the event of any cancellations within 72 hours of service, NO PORTION of the total contract price will be refunded. Any cancellations outside of 72 hours of service WILL be refunded minus the initial deposit and 3% credit card merchant fee. Clients will need to contact Timeless Standards Luxury Drivers at 918.260.3670 or send an email to ts@limitlessbsolutions.com for a cancellation request.
Timeless Standards Luxury Drivers offer curb-side service, just outside of the baggage claim area, at Tulsa International (TUL) Airport.
We offer driver services 24 hours a day – 7 days a week – 365 days a year. Additional fees apply for services that start after midnight and for reservations ending after 2am.
Timeless Standards Luxury Driver vehicles comes stocked with bottled water, mixed nuts as well as other amenities. Under Oklahoma law, it is illegal to have any open bottles, cans, or any other vessel with an open seal containing alcohol in a moving vehicle in the state. This means that even passengers are prohibited from drinking while someone else is driving.
All vehicles are designated as non-smoking.
Damage to any vehicle caused by the client, or any member of his/her party, is the full responsibility of the client and will be charged to the credit card.
Timeless Standards Luxury Drivers are not responsible for delay of service due to traffic conditions or termination of service due to unsafe weather conditions (i.e., ice, snow, tornadoes, etc.). In the event of cancellation of service due to weather, no refund will be given but a credit in the amount paid will be given at another time of service mutually agreed upon.
